The group includes a Merit Popular Roulette set, featuring a cardboard box with a photographic family scene and printed text reading MERIT Popular ROULETTE with Croupier Rake. Also included is a Spear’s Games Word Making and Word Taking set, with a box lid marked SPEAR’S GAMES, WORD MAKING AND WORD TAKING, and MADE BY J.W. SPEAR & SONS LTD. ENFIELD, MIDDX. ENGLAND. A modern aluminium-effect and plastic briefcase contains a selection of interlocking plastic poker chips in green, blue, white, and red, accompanied by two red translucent dice and a blue dealer chip. The collection further comprises a wooden chess set housed in a folding box with cream and black plastic pieces; a dark wood-effect plastic backgammon and games compendium with wooden dominoes, a cribbage board, and a leather-style shaker; and a wooden Loto game box with a lithographed lid. Additional items include a Snakes and Ladders cardboard board, a Super VICTORY JIG-SAW PUZZLE cardboard box, a Past Times Oxford playing card box, and a Werther’s Echte tin containing plastic checkers. A small red box and an illustrated cowboy-themed cardboard item are also present. A price sticker on the Roulette box reads £2.43.
