She holds a white clutch bag in her right hand and holds a fold of her skirt with her left. The figurine has a glazed finish and is presented with its original Royal Doulton cardboard box. The base features a printed black mark comprising a crown atop a lion, which stands on a four-sectioned circular emblem. Inside the circle surrounding the emblem are the words ROYAL DOULTON and ENGLAND BONE CHINA. Around the outside of this central mark are the words Hand made and hand decorated. The base is further marked Royal Doulton ® followed by HN 4303, CHARLOTTE, and Modelled by with the signature Nada M. Pedley. The base also bears the copyright mark © 1997 ROYAL DOULTON, the text NEW COLOURWAY 2000, and a circular Millennium 2000 mark featuring a clock face.
