A figurative garden statue of classical inspiration, depicting a standing female figure in a partially draped pose. The figure is rendered with one arm raised across her brow in a shielding or mourning gesture, while the other arm rests at her side. She is draped in a light, diaphanous-style fabric gathered around the lower body and legs, resting upon an integral square plinth. The piece is constructed from cast stone? with an off-white, weathered finish. The modelling displays soft Neoclassical lines, particularly in the treatment of the hair and the fluid drapery. The base is of plain, square form and lacks any visible inscriptions or signatures. Based on the surrounding brickwork, the figure stands at an approximate height of 80 cm to 100 cm.
