The upholstery is finished with individual brass-coloured metal tacks along the wings, arms, and base rail. The chair is supported by four dark wood? square-tapered legs. The construction follows traditional English club chair forms with a solid wooden frame and deep-buttoned backrest. No labels or maker’s marks were observed.
