A pair of two-arm wall sconces of scrolling acanthus leaf form. The fixtures are constructed from a carved wood? or composition material, finished in a distressed cream paint with gilded accents to the foliate details and finials. Each arm terminates in a plastic candle-drip effect sleeve over an electrical socket. The lot includes two fluted glass shades in a translucent amber tone, although the full complement for the pair is not present. The units are wired for electricity with exposed wiring at the rear; however, the electrical integrity is unknown and the items are sold as seen. No maker marks or signatures are visible on the pieces.
