A Christofle white metal dish from the Gallia collection, designed in the form of a naturalistic leaf. The vessel features a shallow, pointed bowl detailed with a central longitudinal rib, terminating in a slender, curved handle mimicking a stem. The rim of the dish is impressed with several legible marks: a small rectangular cartouche reading COLL. GALLIA, a square maker’s mark containing a set of balance scales between the letters O and C, and the words CHRISTOFLE and FRANCE.
