A glazed earthenware jardinière and pedestal set of two-piece construction. The jardinière features a fluted body with a flared, scalloped rim accented by a moulded scroll border. The matching pedestal is designed as a spiral-fluted column supported by a hexagonal base, which is decorated with moulded foliate and scroll motifs. Both components are adorned with polychrome transfer-printed floral sprays, notably blue forget-me-nots and small pink blossoms amidst green foliage. The set is finished in a bright white glaze with fine crazing evident across both pieces. No readable maker marks or factory stamps are visible on the exterior surfaces.
