A rotating circular desk ornament features a panda and bamboo motif to one side, mounted on a blue cloisonné enamel base decorated with a dragon and phoenix design. The clock dials bear printed marks that are not legible as a name. The top of the pen stand features an impressed circular mark which is not legible.
