A group of 9 carat yellow gold jewellery comprising a pair of stud earrings and a pair of hoop earrings. The stud earrings each feature an oval faceted dark brown stone?, possibly French jet?, claw-set within a decorative rope-twist border. The settings are mounted on posts and secured by butterfly scroll backs. The hoop earrings are of thin, circular wire construction. Marks are visible to the earring scrolls, though these are not legible as a name or assay office.
