A 9 carat yellow gold necklace of twisted rope link construction. The piece features multiple fine intertwined links that create a continuous, textured rope design. The chain is finished with a functional spring ring clasp and a flat, rectangular end connector link. The connector bears a stamped hallmark in a rectangular cartouche containing the characters 750?, alongside a further illegible maker’s mark? and a small star symbol?. The lever and body of the clasp bear additional small, indistinct marks.
