An assortment of vintage home winemaking and brewing equipment and supplies. The collection includes various glass components such as a round-bottom flask with a tapered neck, several s-shaped glass fermentation locks fitted with cork bungs, and a glass thermometer. Chemical additives are contained in original white plastic jars and cardboard boxes. A red box is printed with the text ’25 Aluminium Foil Capsules’ above ‘Leigh Williams & Sons’. Several white jars are labelled ‘Yeast Energizer’, ’43 gms’, and ‘Wine Yeast’ by ‘LEIGH WILLIAMS & SONS’, with one jar bearing the text ‘FOR MAXIMUM FLAVOUR’. A rectangular cardboard box is printed with ‘Glass Fermentation Lock’ and carries the ‘Boots’ brand logo in an orange and gold oval. The lot includes various loose corks and rubber bungs housed in divided cardboard storage boxes.
