An English collection of Tri-ang Railways OO/HO gauge electric model railroad items. The lot comprises pieces from a retail set, including a Trans-Continental diesel locomotive finished in blue and yellow livery, two matching passenger coaches, and a red open wagon marked S R. The rolling stock is primarily constructed of plastic. Included is a teal hammer-tone finish power controller unit featuring a red and white printed label which reads OUTPUT 12 VOLT, MADE IN ENGLAND, INPUT 200-240 V. A.C., and RESET BUTTON. The lot contains a significant quantity of model railway track. A smaller amount of black plastic track is located within the original box lid, while an additional bulk quantity of grey plastic track is contained within a blue plastic crate. The bodies of the locomotive and coaches bear gold-tone printed lettering reading TRI-ANG RAILWAYS. The coaches are individually numbered 120425 and 10724. The original cardboard box lid features the Tri-ang Railways logo and is printed with the words ELECTRIC Model Railroad and R3VX within a yellow circle, alongside an OO HO GAUGE logo.
