A 9 carat yellow gold signet ring featuring a mid-20th-century Art Deco-inspired design. The mount is set with a square-cut, flat-table blue chalcedony? / agate? hardstone flush-set into a square head. The shoulders are detailed with a tiered design featuring three vertical pierced grooves on each side. The interior of the shank bears an impressed mark within a rectangular cartouche reading 9CT. A small, illegible mark is present within one of the shoulder grooves, and a further partial, illegible mark is located on the interior upper shank. The ring is housed in a vintage velvet-lined presentation box, which features the printed text Andersons EPSOM in gold-coloured ink within the lid.
