A Hornby Railways electric train set featuring the British Rail Class 43 High Speed Train (HST) in InterCity 125 livery. The set comprises two Class 43 power cars, numbered 43125, and two passenger coaches, numbered 42251. The rolling stock is constructed from moulded plastic with metal wheels and finished in the executive grey, beige, and yellow livery with red detailing and white British Rail double-arrow logos. The set includes curved and straight track sections consisting of steel rails on black plastic sleepers. Also included is a black plastic mains-powered controller with associated wiring. The components are housed in their original graphic cardboard box with a white expanded polystyrene inner tray.
