The rolling stock includes two British Rail Inter-City Mk2 passenger coaches in blue and grey livery and a blue double-deck Motorail car transporter wagon loaded with six small plastic model cars in red and blue. The set includes a quantity of curved and straight metal track sections and a Lima mains power controller with a red dial, housed in a blue plastic casing marked Made in Italy. The components are presented in their original illustrated cardboard box featuring a polystyrene inner tray. The locomotive displays the British Rail double-arrow logo, while the coaches are printed with Inter-City branding and running numbers W12403 and W5445.
