A decorative figural table lamp cast in gilt metal. The central stem is modelled as a putto or cherub climbing through scrolling foliate branches. The figure is mounted upon a substantial tiered circular pedestal base, decorated with alternating bands of fluting and gadrooning. The lamp is fitted with a gold-coloured two-core flex and an integrated inline thumb switch, leading to a standard bayonet cap bulb holder. It is topped with a matching gold-toned fabric shade of conical form, featuring a pleated design, a braided upper border, and a fringed lower edge. A small rectangular adhesive label with handwritten numerals 4854 is present on the side of the base, denoting a previous auction inventory mark. No maker marks or signatures are visible on the metalwork or fittings.
