A Moroccan side table of octagonal form, featuring extensive mother-of-pearl and fruitwood parquetry inlay on a dark-stained wood frame. The octagonal top is inset with a central recessed glass panel, bordered by multiple concentric bands of geometric fruitwood parquetry and a primary band of mother-of-pearl tesserae. The pedestal base is similarly decorated, with each of the eight faces comprising vertical stripes of alternating light and dark wood parquetry flanking rectangular panels of mother-of-pearl inlay. The base of each panel is finished with a cutout mihrab-style pointed arch.
