A vintage novelty money box in the form of a standing bear. The item is manufactured from heavy cast brass with a textured surface finish designed to simulate fur. The piece is constructed from two cast halves joined by a single flat-head screw located on the right-hand side. A narrow coin slot is positioned horizontally across the upper neck area behind the head. The interior of the figurine is hollow. No maker marks, stamps, or signatures are visible on the exterior.
