This collection of English earthenware tea service items is produced by Myott in the The Hunter pattern. The pieces feature red monochrome transfer-printed decoration depicting traditional rural scenes, including a hunter with a dog and a watermill. The collection comprises a teapot, several teacups, and a stack of saucers or side plates. The saucers and plates are finished with a scalloped, relief-molded rim. All pieces carry a red printed backstamp to the underside stating THE HUNTER by MYOTT PERMANENT COLOURS MADE IN ENGLAND.
