This assortment includes a variety of mid-20th century household and travel items. The collection is highlighted by a circular wall-mounted Short & Mason Stormoguide barometer, featuring a silvered dial with weather prediction indicators, patent number 252887, and a 1929 copyright date. The dial is also marked for the retailer B. Walton of Chester and is housed in a dark wood frame. Accompanying the barometer is a Falks Globe-Trotter electric travel iron, manufactured in England and rated at 300 watts. The iron remains in its original cardboard packaging with a black and white braided power lead. The group further contains a set of dominoes in a red-lined box with a stag motif, a brown leather carrying case with integrated shoulder strap and metal clasp, a small silver-toned metal whistle, and a rectangular brass box.
