An enamelled armorial shield plaque constructed from heavy gauge metal. The shield features a dimidiated coat of arms. The dexter half displays a yellow cross with a red engrailed border on a white field. The sinister half depicts three white roses of Yorkshire, each with a yellow centre and green sepals, arranged vertically on a field divided horizontally between blue and red. The plaque is pierced with five circular mounting holes. The reverse exhibits a dark, oxidised surface with a white rectangular sticker bearing the numerals 1009.
