A collection of British military and emergency service peaked caps dating from the late 20th century. The group is constructed from navy blue wool and dark rifle green wool, featuring patent peaks and interior leather sweatbands. One navy cap includes red piping consistent with British Army No. 1 Dress uniform. Internal labels provide technical data: one cap bears a printed label reading 8410-99-978-8230, Compton Webb Headwear, and Contract SL32B/0981 with a yellow adhesive size sticker reading 59. Another navy example features a white label reading 99-130-6211 and Headwear Ltd with a size 59 sticker. A smaller cap contains a label marked BJC 1091, 6 7/8 – 55CM and a size sticker reading 55 6 3/4. The dark rifle green cap features a yellow adhesive size sticker reading 7 1/4 58. The majority of the caps have green-lined under-peaks and are currently missing their respective front badges and chinstraps. One navy crown displays a large area of white surface marking.
