A rectangular wall mirror in the Rococo Revival style, dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. The frame is constructed from giltwood and gesso, featuring an elaborate cresting centred with a reclining putto (cherub) amidst scrolling acanthus leaves and floral motifs. The frame is further adorned with C-scrolls and foliate carvings at the corners, with a beaded inner slip bordering the bevelled mirror plate. The overall design reflects the French Louis XV style.
