A central longitudinal panel is printed with the text EMLYN HUGHES O.B.E. in red block lettering with black outlines. An adjacent panel features a black printed portrait of Hughes. Positioned between the printed name and the portrait is a handwritten signature in black ink reading Emlyn Hughes. Emlyn Hughes (1947-2004) was awarded his OBE in 1980, indicating a production date for this item after that year. A small white adhesive auction lot label with the number 1001 is present on one panel.
