A trio of framed artworks featuring a variety of subjects and media. The collection includes a large-format reproduction print after Wassily Kandinsky (Russian-French, 1866-1944) titled ‘Nel Blu’, originally executed in 1925, displaying abstract geometric and biomorphic forms on a cobalt blue ground. The print is housed in a contemporary black wooden frame with a wide white paper mount. The second work is an oil on canvas landscape by David Smith, depicting a flock of geese in flight over a marshland scene, signed ‘David Smith’ in the lower right corner and set in a decorative gilt wood frame. The third piece is a traditional print of an English thatched cottage with a figure in the garden, presented with a dark green double mount and an ornate gilt frame. All frames bear white lot labels numbered ‘4741’.
