A vintage mechanical alarm wristwatch by the Swiss brand Aircraft. The watch features a gold-plated base metal case with a silvered dial. The dial is designed with a textured engine-turned centre and applied gold-toned Arabic numerals at the even positions, interspersed with faceted arrow markers. It is equipped with gold-toned dauphine hour and minute hands, a central sweep seconds hand, and a dedicated alarm setting hand with a red-painted arrow tip. The dial is signed AIRCRAFT 17 JEWELS ALARM to the upper half, and INCABLOC ANTIMAGNETIC to the lower half, with SWISS MADE visible at the bottom edge. The case is fitted with two crowns: a gold-toned crown at the 2 o’clock position for the alarm and a silver-toned crown at the 4 o’clock position for time-setting and winding. The watch is powered by a manual-wind 17-jewel Swiss movement. It is presented on a heavily worn black leather strap and accompanied by a period-style presentation box.
