Another Great Auction
A Denby stoneware tea service in the Daybreak pattern. This collection of fourteen pieces features a speckled pale cream glaze decorated with transfer-printed white floral motifs and green foliage, finished with a distinctive russet-brown rim. The set consists of a teapot with lid, six tea cups, and six saucers. The underside of the pieces bears a stamped mark within a rectangular border reading DENBY ENGLAND, surrounded by the text DISHWASHER, OVEN SAFE, MICROWAVE, and FREEZER. A small stylized wavy line symbol is located to the right of the manufacturer name. There are also impressed characters reading 147-J.
