A Nao by Lladró glazed porcelain figurine, model number 5173, also known as Girl with Jug and Letter or The Letter. The figurine depicts a young woman wearing a headscarf and long dress leaning against a stone wall. She holds a letter or small book in her left hand, while her right hand rests on the handle of a jug positioned on the wall beside her. The wall features a textured cluster of grapes. The piece is finished in a characteristic palette of muted grey, blue, cream, and tan tones with a high-gloss glaze. The underside of the base features the incised model number 5173, the characters C and 4, and a faint rectangular factory mark attributed to Nao.
