An extensive assortment of twentieth-century books and publications contained within three plastic crates. The collection includes several volumes from a set of works by Charles Dickens in uniform red hardcovers with gilt-decorated spines, featuring titles such as Bleak House, Martin Chuzzlewit, and The Pickwick Papers. Also present is a significant selection of British comic history and annuals, including The Beano and The Dandy – Focus on the Fifties, The Penguin Book of Comics, and various Beano and Dandy annuals. Military and aviation history is well-represented by titles such as Vulcan 607 by Rowland White, RAF Acklington by Malcolm Fife, and The Battle of Britain by Richard Hough and Denis Richards.
