Another Great Auction
A vintage S.T. Dupont Ligne 1 pocket gas lighter of French manufacture. The rectangular body is finished in gold-plated metal and decorated with a horizontal ribbed or gadrooned engine-turned pattern that extends across the main body and the hinged lid. This model features a side-roller ignition system. The base is stamped with the manufacturer signature S.T. Dupont in script, accompanied by PARIS and MADE IN FRANCE in block capitals. A small square hallmark is also struck into the base. The underside contains a large circular slotted screw cap for gas charging and a smaller flame regulator screw.
