Another Great Auction
A collection of thirty-four vintage football memorabilia cards and team group photographs issued by Ty-Phoo Tea Ltd., Birmingham. The group includes large-format individual player portraits of Geoff Hurst (West Ham and England), Mike England (Tottenham Hotspur and Wales), and Bobby Tambling (Chelsea and England). Each player card features a printed biographical text and a facsimile signature. The collection also contains various team group photographs, including Burnley F.C. and Sunderland F.C. The cards are printed with the heading WITH THE COMPLIMENTS OF Ty-Phoo TEA LTD., BIRMINGHAM 5. Several items are housed in individual plastic protective sleeves, some of which are adorned with fabric rosettes in various club colours.
