Another Great Auction
A collection of international banknotes comprising several issues from Hong Kong and Egypt. The group includes Hong Kong 20 Dollar notes issued by the Bank of China, dated 1 January 1995 (serial number FP639532), and another Bank of China issue (serial number BT191016). Also featured is a 20 Dollar note issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) with serial number BJ476292. Egyptian currency is represented by various denominations from the Central Bank of Egypt, including 25 Piastres, 1 Pound, and 5 Pound notes. The Egyptian issues depict various historical vignettes, including architectural monuments and a chariot scene. The banknotes exhibit a range of colours including greens, oranges, and earth tones. Security features such as metallic strips and watermarks are visible across the different series. The items are presented in an ungraded, circulated state.
