A Victorinox flexible filleting knife and a Sekiryu Japanese sashimi knife. The Victorinox knife is fitted with a black composite handle and a stainless steel blade marked 5.3703.20, VICTORINOX, STAINLESS, MADE IN SWITZERLAND, EXTRA QUALITY, and FLEXIBLE alongside the company eagle logo. The Japanese knife features a traditional pale wood handle and a perforated stainless steel blade stamped with the characters 関龍作 (Seki Ryu Saku) and 登録 (Tōroku); the outer packaging is marked with the brand name SEKIRYU. Both knives are contemporary in design and manufacture.
Measurements: Overall lengths approximately 33cm to 34cm.
