Another Great Auction
A gentleman’s TAG Heuer S/el (Sports Elegance) Chronometer automatic wristwatch, reference number WG5121-P0. The timepiece features a circular blue dial with luminous hour markers, Arabic numerals at the 6, 9, and 12 o’clock positions, and a date aperture at the 3 o’clock position. The dial is signed with the TAG Heuer shield logo and carries the inscriptions Chronometer, Officially certified, 200 METERS, and SWISS MADE. The stainless steel case is fitted with a unidirectional rotating gold-plated bezel and a gold-plated screw-down crown. The screw-down case back is engraved with the TAG Heuer logo and text reading SWISS SINCE 1860, Chronometer, serial number 127192, and reference WG5121-P0. The watch is mounted on its original signature two-tone stainless steel and gold-plated S-link bracelet with a folding deployment clasp signed TAG-HEUER. This lot includes the original outer card box, a black zippered travel case, two spare bracelet links, a guarantee card from Beaverbrooks the Jewellers dated 2 October 1997, and a service receipt from LVMH Watch & Jewellery (UK) Ltd dated 7 June 2006.
