Another Great Auction
A vintage Swatch quartz chronograph wristwatch, model Sandalwood, reference SCG102, originally released in 1992. The timepiece features a translucent yellow plastic resin case housing a teal and turquoise dial decorated with a light blue geometric starburst pattern. The dial is configured with three yellow sub-dials for chronograph functions and small seconds, complemented by gold-toned hands and a Roman numeral XII at the 6 o’clock position. The dial is signed swatch and chrono at the 3 o’clock position. The Swiss quartz chronograph movement is visible through the translucent case back and is marked as having four jewels. It is fitted with a Swatch-branded stainless steel and gold-tone expansion bracelet, with the end link marked LARGE. The bracelet links are individually marked with the swatch name and logo. The reverse of the case is marked SWATCH AG 1993 and an incised production code 8524-P is present on one lug.
