Another Great Auction
A collection of Royal Albert glazed porcelain figurines depicting characters from the Beatrix Potter series. The assortment includes representations of Jemima Puddle-duck, Mr. Jeremy Fisher, Mrs. Rabbit, Gentleman Mouse Made a Bow, and two further mouse characters, including one depicted knitting a striped stocking. Each figure is finished in naturalistic colours with a high-gloss glaze. The bases feature brown Royal Albert England backstamps, which include a crown emblem, character titles, and copyright information for Frederick Warne and Co. and Royal Albert Ltd, with dates including 1948 and 1989. Small handwritten green and brown marks are also present on some bases.
