Another Great Auction
A collection of copper-alloy halfpennies issued for the UK and IE. The group includes examples with visible dates and corresponding labels for 1697, 1720, 1732, 1734, 1737, 1738, 1769, and 1917, as well as one example with an obscured date. Obverse designs feature monarchical profiles including William III, George I, George II, George III, and George V. The reverses depict the seated figure of Britannia or the Hibernian harp. The items are housed in a clear plastic pocketed folder page with associated typed labels. The metal displays a dark brown to black patination.
