A set of 1844 UK silver Maundy money coins issued during the reign of Queen Victoria. The set includes denominations of fourpence, threepence, twopence, and one penny. Each reverse features a crowned numeral within an oak wreath, with the date 1844 split by the central figure. Struck in .925 sterling silver, these coins are housed in a red presentation box with gold-tooled decorative borders. The interior lid is finished in white fabric and gold-stamped with the words MAUNDY MONEY. The exterior of the lid bears a printed adhesive label.
