A 2024 United Kingdom 50-pence coin from The Royal Mint’s Star Wars collection. Struck in cupro-nickel with a Brilliant Uncirculated finish, this heptagonal coin is presented in its original illustrated fold-out card and protective sleeve. The reverse design by Lucasfilm Ltd. depicts an X-wing starfighter and includes a circular lenticular feature that alternates between the Death Star and the Rebel Alliance insignia. The obverse features the definitive coinage portrait of King Charles III by Martin Jennings. The reverse also bears the inscription STAR WARS. The accompanying presentation folder provides technical specifications and historical context regarding the spacecraft.
