A collection of silver-plated items manufactured by the Barker-Ellis Silver Co. Ltd. of Birmingham, England. The set comprises a coffee pot, a teapot, an open sugar bowl, and a cream jug, presented on a coordinating twin-handled gallery tray. Each vessel is designed in the Queen Anne style, featuring gadrooned fluting to the lower portion of the bodies. The pots are fitted with ebonised composite handles and finials. The oval tray features a pierced gallery border and two integral handles, with the bed displaying an intricate chased foliate and scrollwork design. The underside of the pieces bears the manufacturer’s stamps consisting of a circular mark featuring a seven-branched menorah, the names Barker Ellis in cursive script, and the text MADE IN ENGLAND.
