The foot rim bears impressed marks reading Made in England and Ironstone. The collection includes a tall, slender ewer with a high-arching handle and tapering spout, decorated in the prunus or hawthorn style with white blossoms against a blue ground. Also present is a pair of matching lidded jars of baluster form, featuring blue floral transfer-printed sprays with hand-applied gilt highlights to the petals and rims. The collection is completed by a decorative porcelain teacup and matching saucer featuring a deep purple ground with elaborate gilt scrollwork. The saucer includes white heart-shaped cartouches, one of which is monogrammed with the letter W, while the cup features a portrait within a cartouche.
