This trio of silver-plated items includes a teapot, a twin-handled sugar bowl, and a cream jug, manufactured by Barker Brothers of Birmingham. Each piece is designed with a globular body featuring an all-over planished or hammered finish in the Arts and Crafts style. The vessels are supported by three cast foliate-style feet and feature curved scroll handles. The teapot is fitted with a hinged, domed lid topped with a simple circular finial. Stamped marks on the side of the bodies consist of six individual punches: B B, E, P, N, S, and a final Gothic-style character. The B B mark is attributed to Barker Brothers, while the E P N S punch identifies the material as electro-plated nickel silver.
