A collection of United Kingdom commemorative and decimal coinage. The assembly includes a 1981 commemorative crown struck to mark the marriage of H.R.H. the Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer, housed in a red-backed plastic presentation case with jugate portraits on the obverse. Also featured is a 2002 Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee five-pound crown in cupro-nickel, depicting the monarch on horseback with the Latin legend ELIZABETH II DEI GRA REGINA FID DEF AMOR POPULI PRAESIDIUM REG. A heptagonal 50 pence coin is present, displaying a portion of the Royal Shield of Arms. Additionally, the collection contains a commemorative card titled FAREWELL TO THE SIXPENCE 1551–1980 issued by Gordon Art Co. Ltd., which holds a 1962 cupro-nickel sixpence displaying national floral emblems and the inscription FID DEF SIXPENCE 1962.
