A collection of twelve miniature fine porcelain teapots produced by Franklin Mint in collaboration with the Victoria and Albert Museum. Each teapot in the series features a unique design inspired by historical ceramic patterns from the museum archives. The set includes various forms such as globular, pear-shaped, and rectangular bodies, with decorations including blue and white Chinoiserie landscapes, polychrome floral sprays, and Imari style patterns. Many examples feature gilded highlights to the rims, handles, spouts, and finials. The base of the Venice pattern teapot bears a black transfer-printed mark reading Victoria and Albert Museum with a central crest, Venice, Fine Porcelain, and copyright 1985 Franklin Mint. The collection is housed in a purpose-made dark wood wall-hanging display cabinet featuring twelve individual rectangular compartments and a shaped pediment.
