A commemorative mantel clock produced by The Bradford Editions, part of the Heirloom Porcelain Clock collection. The case is crafted from hard-fire porcelain in an arched form with a stepped green base and gilt-edged rims. The front of the clock features a transfer-printed scene depicting the British steam locomotive The Flying Scotsman passing two children on a wooden platform. The circular clock face has a white dial with black Arabic numerals and a gilt-effect bezel. It features black hour and minute hands and a red sweep second hand, with the dial marked QUARTZ. The reverse of the case bears printed text confirming it as a limited-edition presentation restricted to a maximum of 1804 clocks worldwide. It is marked with Issue No. A0092 and includes the BE logo and BRADEX number 426-B391.01. A facsimile artist signature is present at the bottom right. A central circular aperture provides access to the quartz movement.
