A novelty ceramic teapot produced by The Teapottery in Leyburn, North Yorkshire, England. The piece is designed in the form of a mid-century jukebox and features an iridescent lustre glaze in shades of blue, yellow, pink, and green. Silver-toned detailing is used to represent the metallic trim and speaker grille of the machine. The teapot has a removable lid with a black finial in the shape of a 45rpm vinyl record. The base bears a gold-toned circular maker’s mark with the text North Yorkshire England DL8 5QA, containing a teapot logo and the words the Teapottery Leyburn, Made in England. The underside is also marked Limited Edition and hand-numbered 340 of 3000.
