This lot comprises two pieces of mid to late 20th-century art glass. The first item is a stylized seal figurine by Mondiale Glass of Pembrokeshire, Wales. It is hand-formed with a mottled polychrome finish, featuring swirled inclusions of pink, green, yellow, and dark tones within a clear glass exterior. The base retains an original gold foil label with a swan logo and identifies the maker and origin. The second item is a hand-blown art glass bowl with a heavily ruffled and lobed rim. It is constructed using the sommerso technique, with a deep cranberry or ruby red interior encased in thick clear glass. The centre of the base reveals a dark smoke-grey or green core. This specific form and colour combination is highly characteristic of the designs produced by Josef Hospodka for the Chribska glassworks in the Czech Republic.
Dimensions: Bowl approx. medium-sized.
