A lot consisting of two original 20th-century oil paintings. The first is a still life study on stretched canvas depicting an arrangement of fruit, including a sliced melon, bunches of grapes, an apple, and citrus segments, accompanied by a glass of wine. The scene is set against a dark background with stylized blue drapery. Signed Kahman in yellow to the lower right. The second work is an oil painting of an autumnal landscape, featuring trees by water with thick impasto application of paint to the foliage. Signed vertically S. Evens to the upper right. This piece is housed in a decorative, moulded gilt-effect frame with scrolling foliate corner and centre ornaments.
