A 16 piece collection of earthenware tableware featuring the Christmas Tree pattern. This iconic design, strongly associated with the manufacturer Spode, depicts a central decorated tree with a Santa Claus figure topper, surrounded by various toys and gifts at the base. Each piece is finished with a characteristic green-banded rim and accented with sprigs of holly and mistletoe. The set includes two creamers or milk jugs of varying sizes, a lidded sugar bowl, and an assortment of cereal bowls, round side plates, and square side plates. The decoration is applied using a transfer-printing technique. No factory backstamps or maker’s marks are visible on the undersides of the items in the provided photographs.
