A sterling silver pendant necklace, possibly by Guess, featuring a heart-shaped charm pavé-set with approximately twenty-one small, circular faceted stones in shades of pale green and yellow. The pendant is suspended from a toggle clasp consisting of a T-bar and ring, which is connected to an oval link cable chain. Both the interior of the toggle ring and the reverse of the heart pendant are stamped 925, indicating sterling silver fineness.
